WHAT IS A LASH LIFT?
In Orange County, lash lifts are the biggest new beauty trend. A lash lift is a chemical and safe process which curls your natural lashes for 6-8 weeks, and when paired with a lash tint can help the lashes look much darker. Although it is a beautiful and natural result, clients enjoy coming every 6 weeks to have a consistent look.
WHAT IS A BROW LAMINATION?
You’ve probably seen it on instagram - models with beautiful big fluffy brows. Well, now you can have it too! A brow lamination is a gentle chemical process that re-directs your brow hair temporarily.
WILL MY NATURAL LASHES BE DAMAGED?
The most important thing is to make sure you are having them properly applied by a highly-trained licensed and certified artist. Lashes renew every 6-8 weeks and a lash lift includes a nourishing treatment.
CAN I WEAR EYE MAKE-UP TO MY LASH APPOINTMENT?
It’s required that your eye area be clean and completely free of makeup. You can wear moisturizer and foundation but no liquid liner or mascara. Come prepared with a clean eye area so your artist has the most time possible to spend on your lashes.
CAN I SWIM, SHOWER, EXERCISE, VISIT A SPA?
South Florida is a water playground, and a lash lift is not affected by any of these activities.
CAN I APPLY MASCARA TO A LASH LIFT?
Yes! It enhances the results.
Policies
To best serve my clients, the following policies are in place:
BOOKING: A card is required to make an appointment. You will NOT be charged upon booking.
A 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling notification is in place. If notice is given with less than 24-hours, as 50% charge of the service will be assessed to the card on file.
LATE POLICY: Unfortunately, I cannot extend appointment times as it unfairly affects other client’s schedules. If there is enough time to finish the service, I am happy to do it.
REFUND POLICY: Due to the nature of the services provided, all services are non-refundable. To prevent issues, I recommend products to maintain results, as well as offer complimentary brushes and creams to aid in aftercare. I am happy to re-do a service under extraordinary circumstances if informed within 48 hours of the completion of service, once. Lack of aftercare is not covered.
REMINDERS: All appointments receive courtesy-reminders 48 hours before the appointment. Because it is a courtesy, please do not rely on these texts to determine whether or not you show up to your appointment.
PAYMENT POLICY: all appointments must be paid at the end of the appointment. IOU’s are not accepted.
CHILD POLICY: Due to sharp implements, chemicals and insurance-policies, it is not recommended that small children be brought to your appointment.
